At Optimum Health UK we do not cut corners, we do not compromise on hygiene, health and safety and everyone must complete an intake medical questionnaire on their first visit to help understand health and lifestyle of the individual and any concerns they may have. Optimum Health UK would like you to experience treatments as they should be, from the moment you enter the Spa you will be greeted with a warm smile before being escorted down to our tranquil private waiting area. Here you can switch off for a few moments from the outside world and just relax before meeting your consultant who will go through your treatment process and make sure you are completely comfortable to proceed before your are shown to the treatment room.

After your treatment (s) /consultation time permitting you have the choice either to unwind in the separate private relaxation room with a complementary refreshing drink or simply just freshen up in the separate female / male changing rooms, which come with their own lockers and modern showers prior to leaving the spa. We want all our clients to feel unrushed and relaxed knowing that they have made the right decision, and, more importantly for some, the first steps towards optimum health and wellness. The boutique spa is very welcoming with the beautiful ambience and a modern clean interior, giving a sense of relaxation.

Optimum Health UK caters for every client from an initial consultation and one-off treatments as well Pre-Wedding / Holiday plans to entire bespoke treatment programs, designed for your individual needs, digestive health and lifestyle.

Each treatment will take approx 45-60 minutes, longer if more treatments are required all at once, 15 minutes are allowed for explanation of the procedure, discussion of your completed intake questionnaire and changing into your treatment gown. We adhere to the I-ACT Code of Ethics and use only state-of-the-art, FDA registered equipment. Resulting in a safe, hygienic, comfortable, and relaxing experience. Optimum Health UK only uses sterile disposable equipment. Our aim is to deliver the best treatment experience possible within a professional, private and discrete environment.
